why can’t i click on events for gunbound revolution?

Why can’t I click on the events icon in Gunbound Revolution. There is a Valentine Event going on right now, and I should be able to click it. My friends are having no trouble. The events icon is shaded gray and does nothing when I click it. Why is this? I just instaled gunbound a week ago.
