Just an idea but couldn’t you buy a frozen pizza and cut it to resemble a heart before you bake it?

You could always make one..if you don’t want to take all the time to actually make the dough, you can buy pre-made dough at a grocery store and form it into the shape of a heart and put his favorite toppings on it. (I have to make pizza for my husband all the time..he’s a pizza lover as well.) I always make mine from scratch, it’s not difficult but takes a lot of time..the best dough requires it to be made then left covered for a while to rise.
basic/fast pizza crust…
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2-3 cups sauce
2 capfuls olive oil
Pinch salt
2-3 cups flour, as needed
Place water in mixing bowl, add yeast and stir to dissolve. Add 1/2 cup four to start, and then add salt, oil and more flour until mixture is smooth and it forms a large ball. Knead and add flour to keep it from getting sticky. Grease a large mixing bowl and grease surface of pizza ball. Place in mixing bowl, cover with a cloth, and set in warm place for 1/2 hour. Allow to double in size. When ready grease two cookie sheets and spread dough over sheets using greased hands. Work from center pushing dough to edges. Cover with sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni, or other toppings of your choice. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
