Where can I get personalized candy conversation hearts for Valentines day?
I would rather buy them at a store, if possible. I dont need 400 and I dont want to pay $200.

I don’t think you can get them at stores, but you could buy a food colouring pen and find some plain candy hearts.

You can only get them online, and if you have to buy like 10 pounds which costs a couple hundred…
